we flew with Etihad here, transitting at the Abu Dhabi Airport before flying into Manchester Airport and took ages to get through customs.
three hours to Manchester, i woke up whilst most of the plane was still in its stupor to the most beautiful sunrise i'd ever seen.

on the left is Atlantic Point, our hostel apartment which is really really pretty.
within 15 minutes of unpacking, Wei Sin came into my room, took one good look and said, aunty, you stay here two weeks already is it....

most of my pictures seem to automatically have the vignette effect. this is well i don't know, we were on the way to town.
Summer brings out the crowds and people are all just lazing around in their own skin, very pretty sight really.
